Since 2022

Mr. Pols works as a lawyer in the law firm Brahms, Nebel & Colleagues partnership of lawyers mbB in Berlin. Mr. Pols specializes in public law, particularly in questions of energy, planning and commercial law. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive advice on the planning and implementation of projects in the field of renewable energies.

2020 to 2022

Mr. Pols completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal and passed the second state examination there in 2022. He completed key positions as part of his legal traineeship at the headquarters of the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin and at the Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with a focus on public and international law. Mr. Pols already specialized in energy law with a focus on planning and administrative law as part of the legal preparatory service in the course of his legal internship at Brahms, Nebel & Colleagues.

2019 to 2020

After studying law in Leipzig, Seoul and Berlin, Mr. Pols worked for the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Tanzania in the field of good financial governance. He also worked as a commercial lawyer for the international law firm CMS Hasche Sigle Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälte und Steuerberater mbB in Berlin. There, Mr. Pols worked in the Dispute Resolution department and oversaw the application and further development of Legal-Tech methods for statements of defense in mass proceedings.
