Ms Madita Schulze was admitted to the German Federal Bar (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer, BRAK) in 2021 and works as a salaried lawyer at the law firm BRAHMS NEBEL & Kollegen in Hamburg. She advises project developers, plant operators and investors on the development, implementation, acquisition and sale of renewable energy projects, particularly in the areas of photovoltaics, wind energy and battery storage. In this context, Ms Schulze advises on energy industry and corporate law issues as well as public law, in addition to energy law. Furthermore, Ms Schulze advises clients on securing land for renewable energy projects.

Ms Schulze is completing a part-time LL.M. degree in the field of sustainability law.
