Ms. Oberpichler has been working as an attorney at BRAHMS NEBEL & KOLLEGEN Rechtsanwälte in Hamburg. She advises, among others, project developers, energy suppliers as well as property owners on all legal issues relating to real property and contracts for work and services in connection with the construction and operation of wind energy and solar parks. She also focuses on the structuring of decentralized energy projects as well as district developments under corporate law, including the acquisition and sale of energy projects. She also supports her clients in regulatory and energy law issues in connection with contracting, electromobility, biomass, biogas and represents their interests in and out of court.
Furthermore, Ms. Oberpichler regularly publishes articles on current topics of energy law and gives lectures at relevant conferences.
Between September 2019 and August 2021
she worked as an attorney in the Real Estate, Public & Construction business of the internationally oriented law firm CMS Hasche Sigle in Hamburg. She advised domestic and foreign companies, investors and project developers. One of her main areas of practice was advising on real estate transactions (asset and share deals) as well as project developments, in particular logistics property and photovoltaic projects. Désirée provided due diligence advice and drafted and negotiated the corresponding general contractor agreements. She also advised on commercial landlord and tenant law, private construction law, and the law governing architects and engineers.
Between January 2019 and August 2019
Désirée was employed as an attorney in the litigation department of a medium-sized commercial law firm in Hanover. Here, she coordinated in particular extensive litigation and settlement negotiations in the context of corporate and contract law.
Between September 2016 and September 2018
After her studies at the Leibniz University of Hanover, she completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, including a station at the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Hamburg.
