Legal fields Public and Private Building Law
Within the scope of private building law, we support and advise our clients about the contract development and implementation of energy projects. This includes coordinated contractual concepts for the implementation and turnkey construction of wind parks, substations, and grid installations. In addition to purchase contracts, construction contracts, financing contracts and land-use contracts, a large part of our consulting service covers general contractor contracts; these also include aspects of licensing and building laws. Hereby special focus is placed on the presentation of the interfaces between different businesses, the necessary payment steps, and collaterals, as well as the consideration and inclusion of the German Construction Contract Procedures.
We advise you on all matters of public law relating to the preparation and implementation of complex construction projects and ensure the admissibility of projects with regard to procedural and substantive legal aspects. This includes the accompaniment of building plan and building permit procedures, advice on redevelopment and development areas, as well as on conservation and environmental protection law and the right of non-use. In the area of planning law, we advise project investors and municipalities on the drawing up or modification of development, land use or spatial planning plans as well as on the conclusion of urban development contracts. We enforce approval and permission claims in court and support you in the defence of opposing lawsuits and urgent applications so that projects and plans can be realised in a timely manner. We advise you proactively, allowing you to always “hold the reins” yourself. Part of this means that priority should always be given to an amicable settlement.
